Gaia

Gaia is a conceptual restaurant that emphasizes sustainability. This is a collaborative project where myself and my team designed a fully sustainable restaurant experience that emphasizes quality and care in all aspects, from excellent hospitality to locally sourced ingredients, at a mid-point price. A vast majority of Gen-Z and Millennial’s value sustainability when it comes to their eating habits but there is currently no sustainable restaurant options in the Riverside District of Savannah, GA. 32% of Gen-Z’s and 25% of millennials believes that their everyday eating and drinking habits have a major impact on climate change (Statista). The target audience is upper middle class individuals who value ethics and sustainability when it comes to food and don’t mind paying more than average for a higher quality product.
